Tony Conway, a native of Bardstown, KY, was drawn to the world of entertainment from his earliest years. His fascination with music, live shows, movies, and circuses continued throughout his childhood. By the time he was a teenager, he was playing drums in both the school band and a local rock-n-roll band. Brandon started out in the music business after high school, running his own company, 3^rd Degree Entertainment, which booked and managed several regional acts.  At that time, he became agent, manager, and label manager for the national touring act Bonepony.

Kristen started out her journey in Nashville by attending Belmont University. After graduating, she began working with Marc Oswald, who managed several national recording artists.

Kristen then joined Tony Conway at Buddy Lee Attractions. After several years with the agency, she moved on to become a client manager at Huskins-Harris, handling accounts for recording artists, songwriters and local businesses.

Kristen linked back up with Tony Conway and joined Conway Entertainment Group in August of 2012.

Katie was attracted to the entertainment and show business world from a very early age.  She actually attended her first meeting at CMA Headquarters at the age of four months—in her stroller.
